Creamed Dried Beef(Breakfast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. fresh cut dried beef, chipped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 pt. or more half and half
    1 packet instant chicken broth
    1 can cream of celery soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large frypan.
    Add beef.
    Saute for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
    Add flour and mix.
    Slowly add half and half, soup and chicken broth.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    If mixture is too thick, add some more half and half.
    Heat through. Serve over toasted English muffins for breakfast.
    Very good over baked potatoes for dinner.
