Potato Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1/4 c. melted margarine
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. green onions (tops included), chopped
2 c. sour cream
paprika
Preparation

Cook unpeeled potatoes in water in saucepan, covered.
Simmer until tender.
Drain water and cool potatoes.
Peel and coarsely shred.
Mix cheese and melted margarine.
Add potatoes and mix. Add onions and season with salt and pepper.
Fold in sour cream. Pour into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
(May be made ahead and frozen before baking.)
When ready to use, remove from the freezer, thawed and baked as directed.
