Candy Korn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. white Karo syrup
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. popcorn, popped
    2/3 c. pecans
    1/3 c. almonds
Preparation
    Remove all the unpopped kernels from the bowl.
    Mix sugar, syrup and butter.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, to 212\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until light caramel color or 290\u00b0.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour over corn and nuts. Toss with 2 spoons until corn is dry.
    Break apart and spread on aluminum foil.
