Brocc-Cheese-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli or frozen, cut up
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute the onion, green pepper and celery in margarine until tender. Add soup, cheese and broccoli. Add rice and mix well. Place in 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes. (Add mushrooms, if you wish.)
