Old South Sweet Potatoes With Caramel Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked, peeled, mashed sweet potatoes
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
    1/2 c. cream (half and half)
Preparation
    After creaming\tpotatoes, add sugar, vanilla and cream. Put in greased casserole
    dish,
    make a well in the center and sprinkle with pecans.
    Bake\tat 350\u00b0 until hot and just before serving, pour sauce over, filling the well.
