Easy New England Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. diced bacon
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 can cream of potato soup
    2 (6 oz.) cans minced clams
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large saucepan, cook and stir the bacon and onion until the bacon is crisp and onion is tender.
    Stir in soup and milk.
    Heat through, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in clams and liquor, lemon juice and pepper.
    Heat through.
    Serve with saltines.
    Serves 4.
