Springtime Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups diced, peeled, cooked potatoes
    4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
    1/2 cup celery, chopped
    1/2 cup pickles, chopped
    1/3 cup onion, chopped
    1/3 cup radishes, chopped
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Paprika, optional
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine potatoes, celery, eggs, pickles, onion and radishes.
    In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, milk, mustard and salt.
    Mix well.
    Pour over potato mixture; stir to coat.
    Chill.
    Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
