Fried Dry Pea Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried peas, cooked ahead of time
    1 large egg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
    6 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mash cooked peas; add eggs, salt, pepper, onions and flour. Pour oil in skillet and heat to medium-high heat.
    Drop mixture by tablespoon into hot oil.
    Brown on both sides.
    Each serving contains 99 calories (47% fat).
