Zucchini And Tomato Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes (with liquid)
    3/4 c. thinly sliced onions
    1 1/2 lb. thinly sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Use 1/2 teaspoon oil to prepare 2-quart casserole. Cut tomatoes in bite size pieces.
    Heat remaining oil in skillet.
    Add onion rings and cook until limp.
    Add zucchini slices, cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, juice, salt and pepper.
    Mix carefully.
    Turn into oiled dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until brown.
