Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm \"dry\" stuffing mix
    1/2 onion, chopped fine
    3/8 c. margarine or butter
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Thaw and drain spinach, pat dry with paper towel.
    Mix in bowl with remaining ingredients.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Form into bite size balls and freeze or refrigerate until ready to use. Bake at 350\u00b0 on cookie sheet for 20 minutes.
