Apple Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 dashes salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
    apples
    celery
    nuts
Preparation
    Mix together the first 2 ingredients until smooth.
    Add rest of ingredients and cook until thick.
    Allow to cool.
    Combine apples, celery and nuts and pour some of the dressing on top. Stir and serve.
    Store balance of dressing in tightly covered container and keep refrigerated.
