Never Fail Rib Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    any size roast
    salt and pepper
    granulated garlic
Preparation
    Let meat stand out until room temperature.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place roast fat side up in a shallow baking pan.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
    Do not cover.
    Roast meat 1 hour; turn off oven and do not open oven door.
    Thirty minutes before serving, turn oven on 375\u00b0 again.
    Carve in thin slices.
