4 c. sugar
juice of 8 lemons
2 lemon rinds, grated
5 (1/2 pt.) cartons whipping cream
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
whole milk
Preparation

Mix sugar and lemon juice.
Add whipping cream and lemon extract.
Add grated lemon rind.
Add enough milk to fill up to fill line of ice cream freezer.
