Chicken And Wine A La Sandra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. oil
    2 cloves garlic
    2 lb. chicken cutlets
    3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    In a frying pan, melt butter.
    Add potatoes, onion, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper and garlic powder.
    Saute until tender, then add bread crumbs.
    In a shallow dish, put oil and garlic cloves. Pound cutlets and add a couple of tablespoons of stuffing.
    Roll and place, flap down, in baking dish.
    Add cooking sherry, water and 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper.
    Cover with foil for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.

    1 hour.
