Baked Chicken Parmesan With Linguine - cooking recipe

1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 large eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
linguine
marinara sauce
Preparation

Grease baking dish.
Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Put into a shallow dish.
Dip chicken in eggs, then in bread crumb mixture.
Arrange chicken in casserole dish.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella. Bake until cheese is melted.
Prepare linguine as directed on package; drain.
Toss linguine with sauce.
Top with chicken.
