Butter Crunch Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 1/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. water
1 c. walnuts, chopped
6 oz. chocolate chips, melted
Preparation

Melt butter in large saucepan; add sugar, corn syrup and water.
Cook, stirring occasionally until it reaches 300\u00b0 (hard crack).
Quickly stir in nuts and spread out on cookie sheet. Cool, then spread with melted chocolate.
Break into pieces after it cools.
