"Mary Love'S" Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 good sized potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes and mash.
    Mix all other ingredients with the mashed potatoes, except almond slivers.
    Spoon into casserole dish (flat and shallow is best).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Add butter pats to top of casserole and sprinkle slivered almonds on top.
    Broil until bubbling.
    Serves about 8 people.
