Easy Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 medium carrots, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can chicken broth
    2 c. Bisquick
    ??? c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil the chicken breasts in large pot filled with water, 1/4 teaspoon salt, celery, carrots and onion. Remove the chicken from the pot, saving the liquid, celery, carrots and onion. Remove the chicken from the bone and break into bite size pieces. Return the chicken meat to the pot. Add 1 can chicken broth and pepper. Bring to a rolling boil. Mix the Bisquick and milk in a large bowl. Roll out onto floured surface to about 1/2 inch thickness. Using your hands, form 1 inch balls from Bisquick dough. Drop into boiling broth. Cook, uncovered, at gentle boil for 20 minutes. Check dumplings for doneness.
