"Great" Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or beef, veal and pork
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix beef, 1/3 cup of soup, bread crumbs, onion, egg and salt. Form into loaf.
    Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Blend remaining soup, 2 or 3 teaspoons of drippings and water.
    Pour over loaf.
    Bake another 10 minutes.
