Anne'S Hearty Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Bob Evans hot Italian sausage links
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 medium chopped onions
    2 small cans mushroom stems and pieces with juice
    1 large can tomato paste
    2 large cans peeled whole tomatoes
    1 tsp. each: oregano, salt and pepper
Preparation
    In large pot, brown sausage and ground beef together.
    Cover pot and drain fat.
    Add onions, stirring until lightly brown. Drain rest of fat.
    Add all other ingredients and simmer approximately 4 hours, stirring frequently.
    Serve over thin spaghetti or vermicelli.
