Beef Or Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef cubes or 2 large round chicken breasts, cut up
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 large can mushrooms
    3 large potatoes, chopped
    3 large carrots, sliced
    1 stick celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 box frozen peas
    salt and pepper (optional)
    1 c. red or white cooking wine
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except wine and frozen peas, together (season with salt and pepper) and stir well.
    Put in oven at 250\u00b0. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water after the first hour.
    After the third hour, add either white or red cooking wine.
    Continue baking at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Stir every hour.
    The last hour, put the box of frozen peas on top.
    Cook covered.
