Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 small diced bell pepper
    1 medium diced onion
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together, salt and pepper to taste. Place in loaf pan.
    Mix tomato sauce, vinegar, and mustard for topping and pour over meatloaf.
    Bake 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
