Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken wings and thighs
    1 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned and deveined
    1 lb. crab legs
    1 lb. sausage (beef)
    2 onions
    1/2 lb. okra
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. thyme
    gumbo file (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
    crushed red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Boil chicken, sausage and onions until chicken and sausage are well done.
    Add seafood, okra, bay leaves, thyme, salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper and gumbo file.
    Serve over rice. Serves 6 to 8.
