Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 slices white bread, cut off crusts
8 slices boiled ham
8 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
7 eggs
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1 stick melted oleo
Preparation

Put 8 slices of buttered bread, butter side down, in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Add ham and cheese. Add other bread slices. Set aside. Combine the eggs, salt, pepper, dry mustard and milk. Pour over bread, cheese and ham.
Refrigerate overnight (cover with Saran Wrap).
Next morning, mix corn flake crumbs and oleo. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
