Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Blend dry ingredients together.
    Beat egg and milk; add to mixture until moistened.
    Put into paper lined muffin tins, 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
