4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs and add milk, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt.
Stir in rice and raisins.
Pour into buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
