Shamrock Silk Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 oz. pkg. refrigerated pie crust
1 tsp. flour
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, melted
2 eggs
1/4 c. Irish mist liqueur
8 oz. container (3 c.) whipped topping, thawed
1 Tbsp. Irish mist liqueur
few drops of green food coloring
Preparation

Prepare pie crust according to package directions for filled one crust pie.
Refrigerate remaining crust for later use.
Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
Add chocolate, eggs and 1/4 cup Irish mist liqueur; mix well.
Fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
Pour into pie crust lined pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean; cool.
Combine remaining whipped topping, 1 tablespoon Irish mist liqueur and food coloring.
Spread over pie.
Makes 8 servings.
