Italian Rabbit Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 rabbit, cut up
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 oz. ham, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. red wine
    1 1/4 c. rich poultry stock
    salt and ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
    1 Tbsp. bitter chocolate
    3 Tbsp. raisins
    3 Tbsp. slivered almonds
    cooked fettuccine
Preparation
    Rinse rabbit pieces in 2 tablespoons vinegar.
    Melt butter in a large skillet.
    Add the sliced onion, rabbit and ham.
    Saute gently, about 5 minutes, on each side.
