Castillian Sauteed Broccoli With Olives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. broccoli (fresh), parboiled and drained
    1 small clove garlic, peeled and crushed
    2 Tbsp. olive or peanut oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. sliced olives
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut broccoli into 2-inch lengths.
    Saute garlic in oil and butter in skillet for 1 minute. Add broccoli and stir-fry 5 to 7 minutes. Add olives.
    Stir gently.
    Cover and let steam for 3 to 4 minutes. Add salt.
