Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. soda, dissolved in 4 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped and dredged in a small amount of flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter, then add mashed bananas.
    Add eggs, buttermilk (mixed with soda), sifted dry ingredients and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 in a well-greased loaf pan for 1 hour or until tests done.
