Steak And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. steak, cut into bite size
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter or oil
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In large saucepan cook steak in butter.
    Add soup mix and water to steak.
    Cover and simmer until sauce is a little thick (approximately 30 minutes).
    Pour over rice.
    Serves 2 to 4.
