Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti, broken up
    1/2 c. peas and carrots
    1 small can mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1 large can evaporated milk
    3 c. cooked chicken, ham, turkey, veal or pork
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti, drain.
    Place in a buttered oblong casserole. Saute onion in margarine until soft. Remove from heat, blend in bouillon cube, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Slowly add milk and soup; stir.
    Then add mushrooms with the juice.
    Mix in meat, vegetables with sauce mixture, spoon over spaghetti.
    Sprinkle the cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    If too thick, add a little more milk.
    This can be frozen for future use.
