Lumpia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. carrots, cut into small pieces
    1 can bamboo shoots, cut into small pieces
    2 lb. ground meat
    5 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Simmer last 3 ingredients in a frying pan, then add other ingredients.
    Add salt and nutmeg to taste.
    Cook until done. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture into a lumpia skin and roll up. Glue with white of egg.
    Deep fry until brown.
