Little Mexican Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 1 1/4 oz. packet taco seasoning, mild
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 16 oz. pkg. refrigerated biscuits, flaky style
    3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Spray muffin pans with cooking spray.
    In a skillet, brown the ground beef, then mix in the seasoning and sugar.
    Separate biscuits into 2 halves and place one half in each muffin cup. Press bottoms and sides to form a cup; spread meat mixture into cups and sprinkle tops with cheese.
    Bake according to biscuit pkg. directions until golden brown.
    Makes 16 servings.
