7 Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. light corn syrup or 1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler; beat with mixer 1 minute. Then place over boiling water and beat for 7 minutes, stopping a time or two to scrap sides. Do not over cook. Frosting should have more body than meringue but not stiff or thick-just creamy.
