Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raw rice
1 c. diced celery
3/4 c. minced onion
2 tsp. parsley
salt and pepper
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
4 to 6 chicken breasts (other chicken cuts may be used)
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer the first 5 ingredients one by one. Dilute the can of soup with 1 1/4 cups of water and the 3/4 cup of Miracle Whip; mix well. Pour half of the liquid mixture over the layers in the pan. Lay the chicken pieces over rice and liquid mixture. Add the remaining liquid mixture on top of the chicken. Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes a great meal.
