Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. candied cherries or maraschino cherries
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar.
    Let set until sugar dissolves (while you are preparing your fruit and nuts).
    Mix your eggs with sugar mixture; mix until well blended.
    Mix in vanilla, fruit and nuts. Sift flour, salt and soda together; mix in with sugar and fruit mixture.
    Blend well.
    Bake in Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
