Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. carrots, grated
1 medium onion, minced
1/4 c. cucumber, grated
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Drain juice from vegetables.
Add vegetables to softened cream cheese and cut in mayonnaise. Season to taste.
Spread on bread slices.
Makes 6 sandwiches.
