*Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/4 c. honey or sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
5 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Scald milk; stir in honey or sugar, salt and margarine.
Cool to lukewarm.
Measure water into a large bowl and sprinkle in dry yeast.
Stir until dissolved, then add to warm milk mixture.
Add cheese and flour; mix well.
Dough should be non-sticky to fingers, smooth and satiny.
Place dough into greased bowl and let rise until doubled.
Punch down and divide into 2 portions.
Let rise on bread board for 10 minutes.
