Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pie crust
1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown meat with onions; drain well.
Add cheese, parsley, flour, onions and mushrooms.
Stir these gently together.
Spoon into pie shell.
Beat eggs and milk together and pour over all in pie crust when you're ready to bake.
You may make this ahead and pour milk and eggs on when ready to bake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let set for 5 minutes before cutting.
Travels very well for potluck.
