Ham And Potato Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices ham, 1/2-inch thick
4 large potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 1/4 c. milk
shake of paprika
Preparation

Cut ham in serving pieces and place in greased dish.
Slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick over ham.
Melt butter in pan, stir in flour, then tomato juice and milk.
Stir and cook until thick. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour over potatoes and ham. Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
