Cheeseburger Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. Minute original rice (uncooked)
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain fat.
    Stir in water, catsup, mustard, salt and pepper. Bring to boil.
    Stir in rice; cover.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork.
    Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
    Let stand 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Garnish with lettuce leaves, pickle and tomato slices.
