Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. red pepper, chopped fine
3/4 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
5 lb. sugar
2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
-
Boil ingredients for 10 minutes.
Add 3 pouches Certo and boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and skim.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
