Texas Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1 c. rice (uncooked)
1 c. tomatoes
1 Tbsp. chili powder
salt and pepper
Preparation

Saute onions, beef and green pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until brown and drain. Add rice, tomatoes and chili powder. Pour in casserole dish and place in 350\u00b0 oven, covered. Cook about 1 hour.
