New Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. small red potatoes
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Mix salt, pepper and garlic with olive oil.
Cut potatoes
into 1/4 slices or 1/8 slices.
Coat 10-inch glass Pyrex dish
with oil or Pam spray.
Add potatoes and mixture, pasting each
potato
as placed in dish.
Garnish with parsley.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve hot.
