Shrimp Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 bunch scallions
    1 green pepper
    1/2 c. celery
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 pinch cayenne pepper
    2 bay leaves
    2 cloves garlic
    2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes, whole or crushed
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 lemon, quartered
    2 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
Preparation
    Saute oil, onions, scallions, green pepper, celery, thyme, cayenne pepper, bay leaves and garlic in a saucepan until celery is tender.
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste, and lemon.
    Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is pink.
    Serve over rice.
