Old Fashioned Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for 2-crust pie
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. flour
dash of salt
6 c. thinly sliced, pared, tart cooking apples
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl, mixing well.
Add to apples in large bowl, tossing lightly to combine.
Turn in pastry lined pie plate; dot with butter.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 425\u00b0 or until apples are tender.
