Soft Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. light molasses
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add the beaten egg and molasses. Add the flour, baking soda and spices.
    Mix well.
    The dough will be a little sticky.
    Shape the dough into balls the size of a walnut.
    Roll the ball in granulated sugar and bake for 7 to 8 minutes (no longer) at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 5 dozen cookies.
