Cream Cheese Party Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 (8 oz.) cartons commercial sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    strawberry preserves
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until soft and creamy.
    Gradually add 1 cup sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla. Spoon batter into paper-lined miniature muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
