Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. spareribs
1 c. Japanese vinegar
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. shoyu
1 inch ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation

Roll
ribs
in\tflour, salt and pepper.
Fry spareribs. Add ginger and garlic.\tAdd sauce; cook for 1 hour.
